The Roja Muthiah Research Library (RMRL) encompasses a library, an archive, a museum, and research centres. Established in 1994, it houses an impressive collection of 500,000 items and represents major aspects of Tamil civilisation. It has digitally preserved over 3 million page images, runs a digital library and engages in international collaborations.
